Medifusion has developed the “Medifusion 18 Week Waiting Time Analyser, a software tool that uses a complex set of user-defined rules to match Inpatient and Outpatient activity, identifying pathways and creating RTT Periods which can be used for reporting.
The tool interfaces directly with your PAS, pulling data into a parallel repository which is then used to create pathways and RTT Periods.
This helps protect critical systems by reduces load. 18 week data is also saved in the repository, effectively providing a data warehouse of waiting time information in a Microsoft SQL Server environment.
